Grail Lady Faire Summer Conference & Festival - Vendor Details:

$400 includes vendor fee plus one helper.

WE NO LONGER HAVE VENDOR SPACE FOR SERVICES SUCH AS COACHES, READERS, HEALERS, THERAPIES. 

WE ARE STILL ACCEPTING PRODUCT VENDORS SUCH AS: jewelry, clothing, accessories, body products.

Date & Times:
Friday July 13th starting at1pm to Sunday July 15th closing at 1pm.

Vendor Regulations:
Friday set-up: 9am to 12pm, Sunday tear-down: 1pm to 3pm
Maintenance team will be available to provide assistance

Provided by Grail Springs:
10 x 10 area for set up
One 3 x 6 foot table and two chairs
Assistance to set up and tear down tent
Garbage bins and recycling bins
Wifi available in the lobby of Grail Springs

Not provided by Grail Springs:
10 x 10 tent
No electrical

Vendor ticket is valid for entrance to festival for two persons.

Vendor may apply to offer a 50-minute workshop alongside other workshops which will take place on Saturday afternoon. Time tbd.

Vendor may offer one item (min 50) for swag bag to be delivered to Grail Springs no later than June 30th. Items will not be accepted after this date. No coupons please.

Once payment has been received, Grail Springs representative will email applicant with a request for description of products, website etc, and notify vendor within 5 business days with approval. Those applicants who are not approved will be refunded full amount.

15 vendors will be accepted into the festival with 300 participant ratio. Grail Springs reserves the right to increase number of vendors if participation goes beyond 200.

Cancellations: Vendors may cancel 60 days prior to and receive full refund. Following 60 days vendor will forfeit fee. Vendor may sell to substitute vendor with permission from Grail Springs.
